Prices and payments

All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) including Danish VAT. Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region or country. These charges are at your own expense.
Contact us to get a quote for the shipping cost if you are shopping form a country outside Denmark.

Please note that if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges (customs duty and taxes) may occur depending on your region or country.

Orders and shipping

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also send you an email with tracking information when your package has shipped.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.

Items lost in transit will not be compensated. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before you return your order, please send us an email to contact@studio-mlr.com – so we know you are returning the item.
All returned items must be in original and unused condition. You are responsible for return costs including re-shipping. All shipments must be returned with a tracking number. You can also drop off the order in our office.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to issue the refund back to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We return the amount of the items excluding shipping-cost.
